Simon brings close to 30 years of global experience across the pharmaceutical industry, having worked both in-house and on the service side. His career spans commercial operations, healthcare commercialisation and market access, giving him a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing the industry.

With particular expertise in growing and scaling businesses, Simon combines strong commercial insight with a deep understanding of NHS payer dynamics. As a Non-Executive Director of The Accessus Group, he brings valuable strategic perspective and experience to support the continued growth and development of the business.

Claire brings more than 15 years of commercial legal experience within the pharmaceutical industry, having worked with organisations ranging from small owner-managed businesses to international PLCs. She specialises in providing strategic and pragmatic legal support that aligns with commercial objectives, helping businesses manage risk while identifying opportunities for growth.

Her experience extends beyond traditional legal counsel. During a period of significant organisational change and the global pandemic, Claire also led a human resources function and played a key role in managing a successful business buyout and integration.

Claire brings a practical, commercially focused approach to her role, combining legal expertise with a strong understanding of the operational and human challenges businesses face in complex and highly regulated environments.

Alan is a highly commercial finance professional with a strong track record helping businesses build and realise shareholder value. With more than 30 years of commercial finance experience he has worked across a wide range of sectors, supporting businesses at every stage of their growth journey.

Before establishing his own practice, Value Add, Alan held senior finance roles including Management Accountant and Group Financial Controller at Safetynet, where he played a leading role in a significant management buyout and subsequent trade sale.

Alan has extensive experience supporting start-up and high-growth businesses, including organisations within pharmaceutical services. As CFO of NeoHealthHub he played a pivotal role in forming, growing and eventually selling the Group to Cencora. With particular expertise in funding, forecasting and financial management he brings valuable commercial insight to The Accessus Group as it continues to grow.

Amit brings 28 years of industry experience, with 16 years specialising in market access and healthcare consultancy. He has cultivated an unrivalled network of NHS payer relationships spanning ICBs, provider collaboratives, acute trusts, and primary care across London and beyond – from efficiency savings programmes and pathway redesign to primary care rebate schemes and remote diagnostics adoption. His deep expertise in healthcare policy, commissioning and health economics makes him a trusted advisor to both industry and healthcare providers.

Toby brings over 20 years of healthcare strategy experience, delivering impactful market access and service transformation projects across the entire UK health system. His payer network encompasses national and regional NHS bodies, ICBs, acute trusts and primary care networks, with initiatives ranging from chronic pain service expansion to rapid remote diagnostics during COVID-19. His collaborative approach ensures solutions are co-designed with stakeholders and embedded within existing NHS frameworks.

Mike brings over 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, the last 10 focused on market access and healthcare consultancy. He has developed extensive relationships with NHS payors, commissioners, ICBs, provider collaboratives, and clinical networks throughout London, the South East, and beyond — spanning pathway redesign, efficiency programmes, primary care rebate schemes, and complex stakeholder engagement. His pragmatic, insight-driven approach is underpinned by deep knowledge of NHS policy, funding structures, and commissioning processes, consistently driving improved patient outcomes and cost efficiencies.

Steven brings over 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, with the last decade dedicated to regional payer engagement consultancy and strategic project leadership. His extensive customer network spans ICBs, provider collaboratives, acute trusts, community services, and primary care networks across the Midlands and surrounding regions — from acute specialties to long-term condition management. With a strong marketing background and strategic leadership experience, his wide-ranging expertise in service redesign, commercial agreements, and NHS partnership development makes him an invaluable asset for navigating complex healthcare environments and delivering sustainable value.
