Adam began his professional journey with a strong foundation in leadership, honed during nine years of service in the British Army and the Parachute Regiment. In 1998, he transitioned into the pharmaceutical industry, joining Astra and later AstraZeneca, where he gained valuable early experience that laid the groundwork for his future success. With over 25 years of experience, Adam Knights remains a driving force in payer-led market access with the launch of the Accessus group. His career is marked by a passion for innovation, a commitment to optimising healthcare strategies, and a legacy of transformative success in the pharmaceutical industry.
Phil Matton
COO & Co-founder
With over 25 years of experience in the Global pharmaceutical and healthcare sector, Phil is a strategic leader with a passion for transforming and delivering innovative solutions that improve business performance and drive better customer experiences. His core competencies include global product strategy, early commercialisation, market access, commercial & operational excellence, digital & Ai innovation, clinical trial and sales effectiveness solutions. Phil has extensive service side expertise supporting NHS clinical & healthtech services, digital transformation and outsourcing solutions.
Dr Amir Lass MD
Medical Director
Amir is an experienced Medical Affairs and Clinical Development Executive with over 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, following a distinguished 13 year career as a Board-Certified Obstetrician and Gynaecologist specialising in Reproductive Medicine. A proven leader and Fellow of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine (FFPM), Amir combines strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to build and mentor high-performing medical teams across the UK, Europe and globally. His career is marked by adaptability, resilience and a steadfast dedication to advancing healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes.
Rajnee Knights
Digital Lead Director
Rajnee has accumulated over 21 years of diverse experience across commercial, marketing, and digital roles within the pharmaceutical industry in the UK and EMEA. Currently working as a freelance EMEA Health Solutions Lead, Rajnee has led key initiatives in Neuroscience, Immunology and CDS. Her extensive career includes senior roles in leading companies such as Janssen, AstraZeneca and Sanofi, where she demonstrated strong business acumen, regional networking, and the ability to influence and motivate teams. Known for her empathetic listening and ability to motivate others, she is highly driven to achieve ambitious goals and tackle new challenges.
